The rules for using this website and the early-access list.

These terms apply to this website (kindredquill.com) and to the Kindred Quill early-access list, both run by Merovex Press (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or joining the list, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. The Kindred Quill application itself — once you have an account — is covered by a separate agreement you’ll accept at sign-up.
Early access
Kindred Quill is in invite-only early access and still under active development. Joining the list means you’d like to be considered for an invitation — it is not a guarantee of access, of any particular feature, or of a price. Anything described on this site may change, and we may decide not to offer some of it at all. Nothing here is a binding offer or a promise of future availability.
Using the site
You may view and use this website for your own information. Please don’t:
- copy, scrape, or republish the site or its content for commercial use without our permission;
- attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the site’s security or availability;
- use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by Merovex Press or used with permission, and are protected by law. “Kindred Quill” and the Kindred Quill mark are ours. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the site for your own use; we don’t grant any other rights.
The early-access list
By joining the list, you agree to receive email from us about early access and what we’re building. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Please use an email address you’re allowed to use.
Links to other sites
The site may link to services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, practices, or policies — those are between you and them.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or accurate, or that the early-access program will run on any particular timeline.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Merovex Press will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website or the early-access list. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the home jurisdiction of Merovex Press, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the courts there for any dispute that isn’t resolved directly.
